Amazon Bedrock expands IAM principal cost allocation to the bedrock-mantle endpoint, enabling detailed cost tracking by IAM users and roles.

• Tag IAM users and roles with attributes like team, project, or cost center for cost allocation
• Analyze bedrock-mantle inference costs by tags in AWS Cost Explorer or CUR 2.0
• Activate IAM principal tags in AWS Billing and Cost Management console
• Filter or group costs by tags, or export CUR 2.0 data with caller identity allocation
• Available in all AWS Regions where bedrock-mantle endpoint is supported

This feature extends previous bedrock-runtime capabilities, helping customers attribute inference costs across users, teams, projects, and applications.
