AWS Marketplace now supports category-based notifications and multi-channel delivery for partners through AWS User Notifications.
- Four notification categories: product listings, offers and agreements, payments and disbursements, and account management
- Partners can select which contacts receive each notification category
- Multi-channel delivery via email, AWS Console Mobile Application, and Amazon Q Developer in Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Available in all AWS Commercial Regions where AWS Marketplace operates
- Partners can configure managed notifications through the AWS User Notifications console
This enhancement enables AWS Marketplace partners to route notifications to appropriate teams and delivery channels, improving notification management and operational efficiency.
