News
This article announces that Capacity Reservation Resource Groups now support Amazon EC2 Capacity Blocks for ML and interruptible Capacity Reservations, expanding beyond On-Demand Capacity Reservations.
- Add any type of Capacity Reservation to a single Resource Group for simplified management
- Launch EC2 instances across entire portfolio of reserved capacity with one target
- Specify prioritization preferences across reservation types in EC2 Fleet and Auto Scaling groups
- Configure automatic fallback to On-Demand capacity when reservations are exhausted
- No additional charges; available in all AWS Regions except GovCloud and China
