AWS has expanded its B2B Data Interchange service to support all X12 transaction sets across multiple versions, enhancing EDI workflow capabilities.
- Supports X12 transaction sets for versions 4010, 4030, 4050, 4060, and 5010
- Enables inbound and outbound use cases for a wider range of transactions
- Particularly beneficial for manufacturing, logistics, and financial services industries
- New transactions cover scenarios like shipment capacity reservation, mortgage insurance applications, and order acknowledgments
- Available across all AWS Regions that offer B2B Data Interchange
The update allows businesses to migrate more bi-directional EDI workloads to AWS with improved transaction set support and flexibility.
