- Powered by NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core GPUs with 1.7x GPU memory size compared to H100
- Paired with 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors
- Features Gen5 PCIe with 4x bandwidth between CPU and GPU
- Up to 3200 Gbps third-generation EFA with 35% latency improvement
- Deployed in Amazon EC2 UltraClusters for large-scale, low-latency computing
- Available in US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and US East (Atlanta) Local Zone
These instances are ideal for training complex large language models, deploying generative AI applications, and running demanding HPC workloads.
