AWS has introduced Migration Hub Automation, a new capability within AWS Migration Hub designed to simplify and accelerate cloud migrations through automation.
- Automates common migration tasks to reduce manual effort and potential errors
- Provides pre-built Automation units following AWS best practices
- Enables custom automation units for specific migration requirements
- Tightly integrates with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
- Allows automation of tasks like agent installation, server replication, and cutover
Currently in public preview for the N. Virginia region at no additional cost, Migration Hub Automation aims to make cloud migrations more efficient, scalable, and consistent by centralizing and automating migration processes.
