Introducing multi-agent collaboration capability for Amazon Bedrock (preview)

AWS has announced a new multi-agent collaboration capability for Amazon Bedrock, enabling developers to create complex AI systems with specialized agents working together on multi-step tasks.

  • Allows creation of agent teams with a supervisor coordinating specialized subagents
  • Provides quick setup and easy deployment of collaborative AI systems
  • Offers two collaboration modes: supervisor and supervisor with routing
  • Includes an integrated trace and debug console to visualize agent interactions
  • Currently available in preview across most AWS regions

The feature simplifies agent orchestration and enables more sophisticated AI workflows by allowing agents to collaborate and leverage their specialized skills.
