Amazon Bedrock has announced the general availability of multi-agent collaboration, a new feature that enables developers to build and manage networks of AI agents that work together to execute complex workflows.

  • Allows creation of specialized agents that communicate and coordinate under a supervisor agent
  • Breaks down complex processes into manageable sub-tasks processed in parallel
  • Enhances operational efficiency and security by restricting agent data access
  • Offers two collaboration modes: supervisor mode and supervisor with routing mode
  • Provides integrated trace and debug console for visualizing agent interactions

The general availability release includes new features like inline agent support, AWS CloudFormation integration, enhanced traceability, and improved collaboration capabilities across industries.
