Amazon RDS Performance Insights has expanded its on-demand analysis feature to 15 new commercial regions, enhancing database performance monitoring capabilities.
- Supports Aurora MySQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, and RDS for PostgreSQL engines
- Allows analysis of Performance Insights data for selected time periods
- Provides insights into performance issues and recommended corrective actions
- Reduces mean-time-to-diagnosis from hours to minutes
- Offers visual assessment of database load with one-click setup in RDS Management Console
The expansion enables users to more easily diagnose and address database performance problems across a broader range of regions.
