- Uses machine learning to identify performance bottlenecks
- Reduces mean-time-to-diagnosis from hours to minutes
- Offers simple graphs and explanations of performance issues
- Provides guidance on corrective actions
- Can be enabled through RDS console, AWS APIs, SDK, or CloudFormation
The feature is available in all commercial AWS Regions with vCPU-based pricing, offering fleet-level and instance-level database health monitoring.
