AWS launched the Tech Alliance in India to address cloud talent shortages and boost career readiness for diverse learners in technology.

  • Connects AWS customers, partners, government, and educational institutions
  • Addresses over five million open cloud roles worldwide
  • Doubled participation to 51 employers and 49 higher education institutions
  • Delivered over 50 events connecting 29,000 learners with employers
  • Enabled 5,000 learners in generative AI fundamentals

Key initiatives include creating skill maps, providing industry-aligned curricula, offering mentorship programs, and launching a Women in Cloud program that aims to engage 3,000 women by end of 2025.
