Use a DAO to govern LLM training data, Part 4: MetaMask authentication

Blog

This article is the fourth part of a series demonstrating how to use a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) to govern Large Language Model (LLM) training data. In this installment, the authors focus on implementing MetaMask authentication for a web3-enabled AI data management system.

  • Created a web3-authorizer Lambda function to validate user signatures against a smart contract
  • Implemented a crypto-ai-frontend Lambda function to provide a user interface for uploading training data
  • Set up API Gateway routes with Lambda integrations and authorization
  • Used MetaMask for web3 identity authentication when uploading AI training data
  • Demonstrated a complete workflow for authenticated, blockchain-governed AI training data management

The solution integrates AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, and API Gateway with blockchain technologies to create a novel approach to managing AI training data governance.
