AWS Client VPN announces support for concurrent VPN connections

AWS has announced general availability of concurrent VPN connections for AWS Client VPN, enabling users to connect to multiple VPN profiles simultaneously.

  • Previously, users could only connect to one VPN profile at a time
  • Now, users can connect to development, test, and production environments concurrently
  • Feature requires AWS Client VPN client version 5.0+
  • Available at no additional cost in all AWS regions with Client VPN
  • Significantly improves productivity by allowing seamless parallel connections

The new feature eliminates the need to disconnect and reconnect between different network environments, streamlining remote access for users.
