Simplifying Multi-App Management in AWS Amplify Hosting
Front-End Web & Mobile Blog
AWS Amplify Hosting has introduced a unified webhook feature that simplifies multi-app management and repository connections:
- Solves previous webhook limit constraints from Git providers
- Allows multiple Amplify apps to connect to a single repository using one webhook
- Particularly beneficial for monorepo architectures
- Overcomes previous webhook limits (GitHub: 20, GitLab: 100, BitBucket: 50)
- Requires reconnecting existing repositories to activate the feature
The update enables developers to manage complex repository structures more efficiently, reducing infrastructure management overhead and improving development workflow.
