AWS CodeConnections adds support for new condition key

AWS CodeConnections has introduced a new IAM condition key for self-managed GitLab/GitHub Enterprise Server hosts, enhancing control over host creation and repository access.

• New condition key (codeconnections:VpcId) allows specifying VPC for host resources
• Enables administrators to centralize repository access to a single VPC
• Provides greater control over traffic management for repository connections
• Supports setting up IAM policies to restrict host creation to specific VPCs

This update gives organizations more granular control over how and where their repository connections are established, improving network security and management.
