Amazon has released the DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX) SDK for Go version 2, which offers enhanced features and compatibility with AWS SDK for Go v2.
- DAX is a fully managed, in-memory cache for DynamoDB
- Can boost read performance up to 10 times, even at millions of requests per second
- API compatible with DynamoDB, requiring no application logic changes
- Offers a modular architecture to improve developer productivity
- Simple implementation: create a DAX cluster and point DynamoDB calls to DAX endpoint
Developers can now leverage the new SDK to enhance their DynamoDB performance with minimal integration effort.
