Amazon Connect Contact Lens now enables you to capture agent acknowledgements of performance evaluations

Amazon Connect Contact Lens has introduced a new feature that allows agents to acknowledge performance evaluations within the platform:

  • Agents can now directly acknowledge performance evaluations in the Connect UI
  • Optional notes can be added to provide context or comments on feedback
  • Managers can track agent acknowledgements to ensure review of performance evaluations
  • Replaces previous method of automated email notifications or tasks
  • Available in all regions where Contact Lens performance evaluations are supported

This update streamlines the performance review process, making it easier for agents to engage with and confirm their understanding of feedback.
