AWS announces new upgrades to the Amazon Q Business Slack and Teams Integrations

AWS has announced several upgrades to the Amazon Q Business integrations for Slack and Microsoft Teams:
- Support for multiple integrations within a single workspace or organization
- Ability to deploy and test up to ten integrations simultaneously
- Free text feedback functionality to monitor user satisfaction
- Improved response and source formatting
- Support for larger file attachments with user queries
These enhancements allow customers to create separate integrations for testing, production, and different user groups, while providing a more seamless and configurable experience across Slack and Teams platforms.
