AWS Network Firewall adds pass action rule alerts and JA4 filtering

AWS Network Firewall has added two new features to enhance network security and visibility:

• Pass action rule alerts that generate log events for permitted traffic
• JA4 filtering rules to analyze network traffic using JA4 fingerprints
• Enables more granular traffic detection and identification
• Available in all regions where AWS Network Firewall is offered
• Helps detect potential security anomalies and improve network protection

These new capabilities provide enhanced security insights and more precise traffic control for virtual private cloud (VPC) environments, allowing administrators to better monitor and protect their network infrastructure.
