<li>Available in all commercial AWS Regions, AWS GovCloud (US), and China Regions</li>
<li>Works with public internet and private VPC connections via AWS PrivateLink</li>
<li>Allows customers to gradually transition from IPv4 to IPv6 infrastructure</li>
