Amazon Connect has introduced a new calendar view feature for supervisors to monitor agent schedule adherence more effectively.
- Visualizes agent adherence breaches for up to 90 days in the past
- Allows filtering of adherence breaches
- Helps supervisors identify patterns of late arrivals or extended breaks
- Enables investigation of underlying issues affecting agent timeliness
- Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling
This feature provides supervisors with a comprehensive tool to track and improve agent scheduling performance and identify potential operational challenges.
