AWS Automates VAT and supports Korean Won for South Korea AWS Marketplace customers

AWS has expanded its AWS Marketplace capabilities for South Korean customers, introducing new features to simplify purchasing and selling software:
- Automated VAT inclusion on invoices for AWS Marketplace transactions
- Support for payments in Korean Won (KRW)
- Ability to purchase software from South Korean ISVs like Saltlux, Hackle, Superb AI, and Neosapience
- Payment options including wire transfers in KRW or USD, and credit card payments in KRW
- Support for local Channel Partners such as MegazoneCloud, LG CNS, BespinGlobal, and SK C&C
- A 1% additional regional listing fee for sellers transacting with Korean buyers
This expansion aims to enhance the software purchasing experience for South Korean AWS Marketplace customers by providing local payment and vendor options.
