How Infosys improved accessibility for Event Knowledge using Amazon Nova Pro, Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Elemental Media Services

Infosys developed Event AI, an innovative solution using AWS services to improve knowledge accessibility and retention during and after events. The system offers several key capabilities:

  • Real-time live stream acquisition and transcription
  • Post-event processing and knowledge base indexing
  • Automated generation of session summaries and insights
  • AI-powered interactive chat assistant for event knowledge retrieval

Key technologies used include AWS Elemental MediaLive, MediaConnect, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Nova Pro, and Amazon Transcribe. During its launch at a conference in February 2025, the solution:

  • Served 800+ conference attendees
  • Supported 230 users per minute
  • Generated over 9,000 session summaries

The solution aims to improve knowledge sharing across industries like enterprise, public sector, education, and media by making event insights more accessible, engaging, and efficient.
