Amazon CloudWatch Database Insights has expanded its support to include Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL Limitless databases, providing enhanced observability for database professionals.
- Offers unified monitoring of logs, metrics, and database fleet health
- Provides pre-built dashboards and automated telemetry collection
- Enables monitoring of database load across Limitless shard groups
- Can be enabled through Aurora service console, AWS APIs, and SDKs
- Available in all regions with Aurora Limitless support
- Uses a new ACU-based pricing model
The feature is designed to help DevOps engineers, developers, and database administrators troubleshoot and gain insights into their database performance more efficiently.
