- Allows users to view itemized Secrets Manager usage in Cost Explorer
- Improves cost allocation and chargeback processes across business units
- Supports tagging secrets with cost center information
- Requires activation of tags in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console
Users can now assign tags like "CostCenter" to secrets and track their specific usage and costs, providing more detailed financial insights and management capabilities.
