AWS has announced the general availability of the AWS CDK Toolkit Library, a Node.js library that provides programmatic access to core AWS CDK functionalities.

• Enables developers to integrate CDK operations directly into applications and custom CLIs
• Allows programmatic synthesis, deployment, and destruction of infrastructure stacks
• Provides greater flexibility in managing infrastructure compared to traditional CDK CLI
• Supports building custom CLIs and integrating CDK actions into CI/CD workflows
• Available in all AWS Regions where AWS CDK is supported

The library addresses previous limitations by allowing developers to programmatically control infrastructure management and automation.
