Amazon EKS add-ons now supports Private CA Connector for Kubernetes

AWS has announced the general availability of the Private CA Connector for Kubernetes Amazon EKS add-on, which simplifies certificate management for Kubernetes clusters.
- Enables easy issuance of certificates from AWS Private Certificate Authority to EKS clusters
- Allows TLS termination at load balancers, ingress controllers, and pods
- Works with cert-manager for comprehensive certificate lifecycle management
- Automates installation and configuration of certificates
- Reduces certificate management from hours/days to a streamlined process
- Secures private key material using FIPS 140-3 Level 3 hardware security modules
- Available in all commercial AWS Regions
The add-on simplifies security and certificate management for Kubernetes environments by integrating AWS Private CA directly into EKS clusters.
