AWS Resource Groups adds support AWS PrivateLink

AWS Resource Groups has added support for AWS PrivateLink, enabling users to invoke Resource Group APIs directly from within their Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) without using the public internet.

  • Allows API calls through private network connections
  • Supports resource management using tags across AWS services
  • Available in all AWS Regions where Resource Groups is supported
  • Enables logical grouping of resources by applications, projects, and cost centers
  • Provides secure, private access to Resource Group management functions

The new feature enhances security and network isolation for organizations managing large numbers of AWS resources through Resource Groups.
