CISPE Data Protection Code of Conduct Public Register now certifies 122 AWS services as adherent

AWS has announced that 122 services are now certified as adherent to the Cloud Infrastructure Services Providers in Europe (CISPE) Data Protection Code of Conduct.
- The certification demonstrates AWS's commitment to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance
- CISPE Code of Conduct is the first pan-European, sector-specific code for cloud infrastructure providers
- EY CertifyPoint audited 112 services, with AWS adding 10 more in May 2025
- The Certificate of Compliance is available on the CISPE Public Register
- Customers can be confident their data is processed in adherence with GDPR requirements
This certification represents AWS's ongoing efforts to expand its compliance and security programs for European customers.
