Amazon Connect now supports parallel execution of AWS Lambda functions in contact center flows, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
- Enables concurrent execution of multiple Lambda functions
- Allows flow to continue progressing while Lambda functions run
- Can perform simultaneous tasks like checking customer purchases and promotions
- Configurable through drag-and-drop flow designer or public APIs
- Available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect is supported
