AWS has expanded the Billing and Cost Management Console with 6 new recommended actions, bringing the total to 21 recommendations to help customers manage their AWS billing and costs more effectively.
- New recommended actions include notifications about payments and tax settings
- Actions are now categorized as critical, advisory, or informational
- Helps customers quickly identify and mitigate billing or payment issues
- Each recommendation includes a specific call-to-action
- Available in all AWS commercial regions via console widget and new public API
The enhancement aims to help customers optimize AWS spend, prevent account disruptions, and avoid billing surprises by providing timely, actionable insights.
