Amazon Cognito has added support for configuring terms of use and privacy policy documents in Managed Login pages, providing new features for user registration processes.
- Customers can now set up terms of use and privacy policy URLs for each app client in their Cognito user pool
- During registration, users see text agreeing to terms and a link to the full document
- Supports language-specific URLs based on localization settings
- Available for Cognito Essentials and Plus tier customers
- Supports AWS Regions including AWS GovCloud (US)
This update simplifies legal document presentation during user registration, eliminating the need for custom development solutions.
