Amazon ECS now offers enhanced task definition editing in the AWS Console using Amazon Q Developer's generative AI capabilities:
- AI-powered assistance for creating and updating task definitions
- Inline chat interface to generate, explain, or refactor task definition JSON
- Ability to inject, accept, or reject AI-generated code suggestions
- Enhanced inline suggestions that can autocomplete entire code blocks
- Available in regions with Amazon Q Developer support
The new feature aims to help customers complete task definitions faster and more efficiently by leveraging generative AI technology directly in the AWS Console.
