AWS Secrets Manager expands AWS PrivateLink support to FIPS endpoints

AWS Secrets Manager has expanded its AWS PrivateLink support to include FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) endpoints in both commercial and AWS GovCloud (US) Regions.
