Amazon DynamoDB Streams has expanded AWS PrivateLink support to FIPS endpoints across multiple US and Canadian commercial AWS Regions.
- Enables private connections between VPCs and DynamoDB Streams FIPS endpoints
- Eliminates public internet connectivity for DynamoDB Streams
- Supports compliance and regulatory requirements
- Covered regions include US East (N. Virginia and Ohio), US West (N. California and Oregon), and Canada (Central and Calgary)
This enhancement allows organizations to establish secure, private network connections for DynamoDB Streams, improving network security and meeting strict compliance standards.
