AWS End User Messaging now offers enhanced onboarding progress tracking through Slack, Email, and Amazon EventBridge destinations.
- Customers can now receive real-time notifications about SMS phone number and sender ID registration status
- Alerts cover various stages: creation, submission, denial, or update requirements
- Previously, customers had to manually check registration status in the console
- Service supports scalable and cost-effective messaging infrastructure
- Developers can use messaging for use cases like OTP, account updates, reminders, and notifications
- EventBridge support is available in all AWS Regions where End User Messaging is offered
