AWS Introduces self-service invoice correction feature

AWS has introduced a new self-service invoice correction feature that allows customers to update invoice details directly through the AWS Billing and Cost Management console.

• Customers can modify invoice attributes such as:
  • Purchase order numbers
  • Business legal name
  • Addresses
• Provides a guided self-service workflow for invoice corrections
• Reduces wait times and improves account management efficiency
• Available in all AWS Regions, except GovCloud (US) and China Regions

The feature gives AWS customers more direct control over invoice management, streamlining the process of correcting billing information.
