Introducing multi-source custom billing views: unified cost management across multiple organizations on AWS

AWS has introduced multi-source custom billing views, a new capability in AWS Billing and Cost Management that allows organizations to create unified cost management views across multiple AWS organizations.

• Enables creating custom billing views containing cost and usage data from multiple organizations
• Allows sharing custom billing views with AWS accounts outside the organization
• Provides consolidated financial visibility without requiring account structure changes
• Supports up to 20 source billing views in a single custom view
• Can be used in Cost Explorer and AWS Budgets to monitor and analyze spending

The feature helps businesses manage costs across subsidiaries, acquired companies, or different business units by providing a single, comprehensive view of AWS spending.
