Amazon GameLift Streams adds AWS Health notifications for aging resources

Amazon GameLift Streams now integrates with AWS Health to provide automated notifications about aging stream groups, helping customers manage resource lifecycles more effectively.
- Notifications start as early as the 45th day after stream group creation
- Stream groups older than 180 days are restricted from adding new applications
- Automatic expiration occurs after 365 days
- Reminders are sent on the 45th, 150th, and 335th days
- Available in all AWS Regions where Amazon GameLift Streams is offered
- No additional cost for the feature
The integration aims to improve security by preventing the use of outdated resources and helping customers maintain healthy stream group lifecycles.
