AWS Marketplace now supports multiple purchases of SaaS and Professional Services products

This article announces AWS Marketplace support for Concurrent Agreements, allowing multiple purchases of the same SaaS and Professional Services products within a single AWS account.

• Buyers can now make multiple purchases for the same product without disrupting existing agreements
• Supports multi-team procurement, mid-term expansions, and repeat purchases within centralized accounts
• Sellers can close multi-business unit deals and process expansions immediately without waiting for renewals
• Professional Services listings have Concurrent Agreements enabled by default with no seller action required
• SaaS sellers must update their integration to handle multiple subscriptions and use EventBridge
• SaaS support for Concurrent Agreements becomes mandatory for new products starting June 1, 2026
• Available in all AWS Regions where AWS Marketplace is supported

Concurrent Agreements eliminates previous one-agreement-per-product limitations, enabling flexible procurement and expansion deals for both buyers and sellers.
