This article announces AWS Marketplace support for Concurrent Agreements, allowing multiple purchases of the same SaaS and Professional Services products within a single AWS account.
- Buyers can now make multiple purchases for the same product without disrupting existing agreements
- Supports multi-team procurement, mid-term expansions, and repeat purchases within centralized accounts
- Sellers can close multi-business unit deals and process expansions immediately without waiting for renewals
- Professional Services listings have Concurrent Agreements enabled by default with no seller action required
- SaaS sellers must update their integration to handle multiple subscriptions and use EventBridge
- SaaS support for Concurrent Agreements becomes mandatory for new products starting June 1, 2026
- Available in all AWS Regions where AWS Marketplace is supported
Concurrent Agreements eliminates previous one-agreement-per-product limitations, enabling flexible procurement and expansion deals for both buyers and sellers.
