- Provides dedicated, private, high-speed network connections between AWS VPCs and other cloud environments
- Google Cloud is the first launch partner; Microsoft Azure coming later in 2026
- Eliminates complexity of managing multi-layered networks across multiple cloud providers
- Integrates with AWS Transit Gateway and AWS Cloud WAN for easy multi-VPC/Region scaling
- Single-fee pricing based on bandwidth and geographical scope
- Free local 500Mbps interconnect per Region available starting May
- Available in five AWS Regions via Console, CLI, API, or open GitHub API package
