AWS Marketplace in the AWS European Sovereign Cloud: Register as a seller
AWS Marketplace Blog
This article explains how ISVs and partners can register as sellers in AWS Marketplace within the AWS European Sovereign Cloud to serve regulated European organizations.
- AWS European Sovereign Cloud is an independent partition meeting EU sovereignty and data residency requirements
- Currently supports SaaS and AMI product types for listing
- Sellers must have existing AWS Marketplace account in standard partition
- EUR payment capability required; verify bank account accepts EUR disbursements
- KYC compliance and bank verification must be completed
- Create separate AWS European Sovereign Cloud account with same legal entity details
- Registration involves AWS Partner Central submission and AWS Marketplace Seller Operations approval
- Approval typically takes 14 calendar days or less
- Access both root user email addresses during registration process
- After approval, configure seller profile and payment information in new catalog
The registration process enables sellers to reach EU public sector and regulated industry customers while maintaining sovereignty compliance through a dedicated AWS partition.
