- Support engineers are full-time AWS employees who are US citizens working on US soil
- Engineers trained to maintain ITAR compliance and AWS GovCloud (US) requirements
- 24/7 support available across both GovCloud (US-East) and GovCloud (US-West) regions
- Support engineers have direct access to regulated customer environments for faster issue resolution
- Multiple support channels: AWS Console, API access, click-to-call, and live chat
This enhancement ensures GovCloud customers receive compliant, responsive technical support from qualified US-based personnel.
