AWS Agentic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ERP Automation

This article introduces the AWS Agentic AI Solutions Framework for SAP, a production-grade approach to automate ERP exception management using AI agents that interpret standard operating procedures and resolve multi-step exceptions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Progressively earn trust by starting in advisory mode, moving to supervised execution, then autonomous resolution
• Achieve determinism through structured prompts, RAG retrieval, runtime guardrails, and multi-agent verification

• Maintain immutable, append-only audit trails capturing reasoning, tool invocations, and resolution outcomes for SOX compliance
