SageMaker MLflow now supports customer managed keys

This article announces that SageMaker MLflow now enables customers to encrypt their data using customer-managed keys (CMK) through AWS Key Management Service (KMS).

• Encrypt data with customer-managed KMS keys for enhanced security control
• Comprehensive audit capabilities through AWS CloudTrail integration
• Trace all data access for security auditing and compliance
• Customer-managed keys must be in same AWS account and region as MLflow App
• Only symmetric AWS KMS keys are supported
• Generally available in all AWS Regions where MLflow App is available

This feature enables organizations with strict security and compliance requirements to manage their own encryption keys and maintain full audit trails.
