Amazon Quick introduces new tool settings and Model Context Protocol (MCP) sync support for connectors, enhancing admin control and connector management.
- Selectively enable or disable individual tools within connectors for approved tool availability
- New tool permission settings let owners require consent or allow user flexibility
- MCP sync automatically keeps connectors current with external server updates and new capabilities
- Works with Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and homegrown MCP servers
- Available across all AWS Regions where Amazon Quick is available
