Amazon SES now supports tenant-level deliverability insights in Virtual Deliverability Manager (VDM), allowing email senders to monitor performance for each isolated tenant.
- VDM dashboard adds Tenants view with per-tenant metrics including send volume, deliveries, bounces, complaints, opens, and clicks
- Detail pages break down metrics by mailbox provider, associated identities, and configuration sets
- Search and export tenant sent messages or query metrics programmatically using BatchGetMetricData API with new TENANT_NAME dimension
- Helps identify which tenant has deliverability issues without impacting other tenants
- Available in all AWS Regions where Amazon SES is available
Tenant-level insights enable better isolation and management of email deliverability across multiple business units or applications.
