Amazon ElastiCache Global Datastore now supports tagging and tag-based access control

Amazon ElastiCache now supports resource tagging and tag-based access control (TBAC) for Global Datastore, enabling consistent permission and cost-allocation models across the ElastiCache fleet.
- Use AddTagsToResource, RemoveTagsFromResource, and ListTagsForResource on Global Datastore
- Reference tags as conditions in IAM policies and Service Control Policies (SCPs)
- Tag changes propagate automatically across all regions for consistent policies
- No additional cost and no changes to Global Datastore creation or management
- Available in all AWS Regions where ElastiCache Global Datastore is available
This feature enables simplified access control and cost allocation without requiring per-region operations.
