- Identifies potential issues like undersized coordinator nodes or excessive shard counts
- Acknowledge warnings before proceeding with configuration changes
- Review severity in dry-run results before applying changes
- Set acknowledgments directly in AWS CloudFormation templates
- View severity in API responses and Amazon EventBridge notifications
- Supports all OpenSearch and Elasticsearch versions across all AWS Regions
Validation advisory enables safer deployments by flagging risky configurations without blocking necessary changes.
