Build a multi-agent music production pipeline on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime Instances
Machine Learning Blog
This article demonstrates building a multi-agent music production pipeline on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime Instances, where three specialized agents collaborate on a GPU instance to compose, deliver, and screen audio tracks.
- Runtime Instances support multi-day sessions (up to 14 days), GPU access, and multiple agents per instance, unlike serverless MicroVMs limited to 8 hours
- Three agents (Composition, Delivery, Compliance) share one GPU instance and persistent volumes by invoking with the same runtimeSessionId
- Composition agent renders audio using ACE-Step foundation model on NVIDIA L4 GPU; Delivery agent applies DSP processing; Compliance agent screens for quality and similarity
- Agents can be deployed independently as container images or code packages without coordinating with other teams
- Capacity providers provision and manage EC2 infrastructure with persistent EBS volumes for multi-day workflows
- Sessions can pause and resume across days, with colocation enabling agents to share filesystem and access each other's outputs
Runtime Instances enable sophisticated multi-agent systems for GPU-intensive workflows like media processing, 3D rendering, and simulation by providing persistent compute, shared storage, and independent team deployment.
